The five Cameri Theatre halls and the Coffee Theatre hall are handicapped accessible. The various parking lots provide expansive and spacious sections for private and commercial vehicles, located near the entrance to the Theatre. The box offices and refreshment stands offer low counters for customers in wheelchairs. All halls provide convenient wheelchair access, going from the parking lot elevators directly to the hall.
Customers in large wheelchairs (i.e. electrical wheelchairs) are kindly requested to inform us upon reserving the tickets so that we can ensure that the hall aisle is wide enough and that seats reserved for that purpose are available. In addition, please update us of any other requirements in order to enable us to provide you with efficient, professional and dedicated service.
Unfortunately, due to legal restraints, we are prohibited from physically assisting a customer who wishes to climb or descend the steps in the hall in order to take different seats. We therefore recommend that you attend the show with a companion. Customers who wish to take seats that are not intended for handicapped viewers, whether by themselves or with the help of their companions, are solely responsible for their actions.
It is important to note that Cameri Theatre employees are trained to handle the challenges faced by handicapped viewers.
We suggest that you order tickets for handicapped viewers at the box office or that you contact the service center, as set forth below, so that we can allocate the most suitable seats and prevent any discomfort.
